?? Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | On-call once every 9 days

We are a well-established Real Estate Development and Property Management firm seeking a Maintenance Technician Level 2 to join our dedicated TURN team in Rochester, NH. Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician Level 2, you’ll be an essential part of our team, handling apartment turnovers and maintenance repairs with efficiency and professionalism. This hands-on role is ideal for a technician with strong maintenance experience, great communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Promptly respond to work orders and complete repairs efficiently
• Communicate directly with tenants to ensure a high level of service
• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical work
  • Drywall repair
  • Painting
  • General carpentry
• Support other maintenance technicians as needed
• Diagnose issues independently and provide effective solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting
• Experience in appliance repair is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
